You can obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data that concerns you or not, as you have certain rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you.
Below is information about these rights and how to exercise them.
- RIGHT OF ACCESS. You have the right, at any time, to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you. If we have valid reasons, and if permitted by the GDPR, we may refuse your request for a copy of your personal information, or certain elements of the request. If we reject your request or any element of it, we will tell you why.
- RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION. If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete, you have the right to have such data rectified, updated or completed.
- RIGHT OF DELETION. In certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, e.g. e.g. if the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which the information was collected or processed, or if our processing of the information is based on your consent and there are no other legal bases subject to which we can process the information .
- RIGHT OF OPPOSITION. In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to us processing your personal information, for example you can do so if we are processing your information on the basis of our legitimate interest and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for such processing that override your rights and interests. You also have the right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. In such case, Adeas Hr will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
- RIGHT OF LIMITATION. You can request to limit our use of your personal information, e.g. e.g. in circumstances where you have disputed the accuracy of the information and while we are verifying its accuracy. In this case, we will only retain your data for the exercise or defense of claims.
- RIGHT OF PORTABILITY. You can request to receive the personal data that concerns you and that you have provided to Adeas Hr, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another person responsible when the treatment is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.
- RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO A DECISION BASED ON AUTOMATED PROCESSING. You can exercise the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects on you or significantly affects you, unless this decision is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract with Adeas Hr and is authorized by current European or state law or is based on the explicit consent of the Interested Party.
In any of the above cases, Adeas Hr will communicate any rectification or deletion of personal data, as well as any limitation of processing carried out to each of the recipients to whom the personal data has been communicated, unless it is or requires a disproportionate effort. If the Interested Party so requests, Adeas Hr will inform them about said recipients.
The rights described above apply only to personal information:
That you have previously provided to us.
That we subject to treatment by automated means.
In the event of any event that you consider to be a violation of current data protection regulations, you can file a written complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
