Founded in 2004, at Adeas HR we want to celebrate 20 years of experience. Two decades dedicated to connecting people with job opportunities, growing teams, and transforming companies. And we want to celebrate by looking to the future, with a commitment that goes beyond the professional sphere.

New alliance with Bosquia

We’ve launched a collaboration with Bosquia, reforestation specialists, to bring to life a project that unites employment and sustainability. From now on, for every successful position we fill, we’ll plant a tree in a degraded area of the country.

Each selection process will also be an environmental regeneration initiative. Because we believe that talent can transform companies, but also the world.

Why trees?

Trees are life. They reduce CO₂, protect the soil, nourish biodiversity, and help combat climate change. Planting a tree is a small but profound gesture that leaves a mark and builds the future.

As Martin Luther King Jr. said: “If I knew the world would end tomorrow, I would still plant a tree today.” We also believe that any time is a good time to improve the planet.

An impact that grows with you

With the help of Bosquia, each tree planted will be a native species, adapted to the environment and cared for by experts. It will be planted in areas that need to recover their vitality, turning each successful career into an act of environmental responsibility.

Adeas Hr integrates the SDGs into its DNA to contribute transversally to all of them through its activity, social action and strategic alliances. He focuses his action with more intensity on 10 of the 17 objectives.
